WILLIAM J. (BILL) PERGOLINI

PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER

Bill Pergolini is the founder of Audientis, LLC. Bill has more than 20 years’ experience in the investment, securities and commercial real estate markets.

He started his Financial Services career with Cigna Financial Advisors, where he served as a registered representative. He advised owners of closely held private businesses on various financial matters. He was also one of the original members of CCG Advisors, a leading Financial Consulting firm, before founding Audientis.

Bill’s areas of expertise include advising high net worth business owners in tax planning, business succession planning, business portfolio management and personal investment strategies. Bill has served as a principal for several real estate companies specializing in capital and commercial development, real estate syndication and bankruptcy restructuring and management. He has also served on the boards of several business and charitable institutions. His clients include some of the wealthiest individuals and families in the southeast.

Bill received a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University and currently holds series 7, 65, 63, and 6 security letters.
